An Admission Packet must be completed before a student can be accepted for enrollment in our school. Please note that all documents in a language other than English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.
Along with the Application, please provide the following information:

• Financial Statement
• Photocopy of birth certificate
• Photocopy of passport
• Two (2) recent photographs of the student applying (passport size)
• School records (past three years)
• Most recent school transcript (including current year’s grades)
• Health and immunization records
• Academic and personal reference forms completed (from the Admission Packet)
• Two or three (2-3) reference letters (teachers, family members, others…)
• Standardized test results (if applicable)
• Guardian authorization (if applicable)
• Proof of comprehensive Medical Insurance
• Letter from the prospective student helping us learn about him/herself (You may write about yourself, your family, country, culture, interests, beliefs, etc.)
